Personal Body Plan breakdown

This is not gonna be a Personal Body Plan promo,

As you might suspect when seeing the title of this post. You see, I haven’t been all that happy with my Personal Body Plan. No wait, that’s not true. I’ve just been having issues with sticking to it. And that sucks. Especially because it’s totally my own responsibility and I can’t blame anyone for failing.

Chocolate and wine

It’s not the working out part that bothers me. I’ve see been going to the gym four times a week, working my ass off and enjoying it – as you can see in my #changinglifehub selfie. Not that I like waking up an our and a half earlier than I’m used too, but I do it. Every single time. Which is why I don’t understand why I’m not able to keep my eating habits – hello chocolate! – under control. And drinking for that matter. Those glasses of wine keep winking at me.

Cold and grey

Maybe it’s the weather, I’ve never been good with cold and grey. Or it’s stress, with buying a house and all. Whatever it is, it needs to stop. This breakdown can’t keep happening or I’m gonna be back where I started. Or well, I’ll never be all the way back there. I’ve learned so much since starting.

Ups and downs

I have another month of Personal Body Plan to go and I plan to rock it. A journey comes with ups and downs after all and I’m not in this for a quick fix, but for the long run.
